Government Relations
Our department represents the Sheriff’s Office interests with various government agencies and officials, including advocacy of the Office’s positions on issues. We develop strategies to engage in local, regional, state, and federal legislative and regulatory issues of importance. We work with policy makers to assist in amending or initiating better policy and legislation that will enhance the Sheriff’s Office ability to serve and protect the residents of Yavapai County.
