Pursuant to the execution order issued out of the Yavapai County Superior Court, for the following-entitled action upon a judgment for ZL PRESCOTT, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, and against PRESCOTT GATEWAY MALL REALITY HOLDING, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, MEHARAN KOHANSIEH a/k/a MIKE KOHAN, individually, the below property will be placed for Sheriff’s Sale on December 18, 2024, at 10am, at the Yavapai County courthouse in Prescott AZ, on the North side steps:

An irregular shaped parcel of land being a portion of that parcel described at reception #2018-0007927, Yavapai County official records (said parcel also known as the gateway mall parcel) located within the west half of section 31, township 14 north, range 1 west, Gila and Salt River meridian, Yavapai County, Arizona and being more particularly described as follows:
